Assalamualaikum and good day guys..
Hari Raya is just around the corner! sy terbaca artikel newspaper dari Kosmo (10 Ogos) and nak share it with all of you. Selepas baca, mmg ada kebenarannya - Hari Raya adalah Hari Festival Makanan! how come?.. hahahaa benda yg simple.. hari raya adalah waktu atau tempoh yg paling sesuai utk aktiviti ziarah (tak kira lah, ziarah saudara-mara atau sahabat handai) BUT! cabarannya ialah dalam waktu ziarah yg singkat ini kita dihidangkan dgn pelbagai jenis hidangan mcm kita nk reload peluru dalam perut kita.. hahahaaa.. tak mustahil.. bukan kata makanan, hidangan air plak dgn macam-macam warna, terkena pula dgn musim panas sekarang nie.. mmg dugaan utk perut kita..
Well well well.. how to solve this problem? if mulakan Puasa Sunat Syawal enam hari mulai hari raya kedua, surely ianya satu cara yg paling baik - tapi agak mustahil utk dilaksanakan bgi kebanyakan org.. Other than that?.. makan lah apa yg anda hendak makan selama 3 hari, but make sure that after these three days, you should focus on how to balance your food intake again! Insya Allah hok nie yg paling ok rasanya.. perhaps, you should start your puasa sunat syawal once you are ready!.. and Alpha Lipid is one of the best products utk sy syorkan.
