Salam Aidilfitri! Syukur al-hamdulillah kerana berkesempatan sekali lagi dlm tahun nie utk meraikan kedatangan 1 Syawal =) Haha.. during Raya nie, mintak laluan dari Alpha Lipid SD2 la ye.. mohon simpan seminggu.. hehehehee.. bukan apa, buat rugi je if consume Alpha Lipid SD2 tapi food intake time raya nie mcm x pernah jmpa makanan setahun! :p so, it would be better if kita 'cuti' from this diet program for only 1 week then insya Allah we continue our diet program with Alpha Lipid SD2!

Ketupat, lemang, rendang, nasi beriani, ayam, kambing, lembu.. semuanya disimpan rapi dlm perut =) tak payah la nk kira carbo level and calories intake.. mmg da terlebih-lebih daa.. yg penting kita jgn menyesal (sbb hidup is all about kenikmatan makanan).. and we have to look forward utk balance our body system after this.. lupakan food intake selama seminggu yg lepas and we come back to our diet program =) tabiat makan time musim raya mmg cenggitu!..
So, what next?.. jaga la pemakanan yg seimbang semula.. go for exercise if possible.. and insya Allah dengan Alpha Lipid SD2 our body weight will reduce again.. Make sure that we always know how to burn kalori-kalori yg berlebihan.. salah satu cara yg simple is 'calory counting'! if possible in this short period, pastikan sistem badan kita 'calory defesit'..
